I have M.S. and I need a PCA. I had to say no to the person they sent. Her first visit she didn’t vacuum my house I live in a tiny house. I use all the rooms in my house. When I called to request that no one send out the PCA , I was talked to very rudely! These people are rude, defend their people who are sketchy, and don’t seem to know how to clean. I don’t like your company. My case manager to change, I have had at least 8. I never know when they are coming who they are and it’s always what’s convenient for them never asking me. Whatever the problem is I no longer think my care is a concern. If all you want to do is paperwork then stop asking me how I’m doing. This place is a complete joke, don’t let your family attempt to find you placement through here, my mother had a couple young ladies from this place, the ladies were ok , however the office staff , is rude , I think her name is Debra & whoever the newer human resource younger girl is, they are both absolutely rude an condescending, i wouldn’t even let them care for my dog, I told the last young lady she should find another location after even she discussed , how rude these ladies are at the office to them
This company lacks professionalism and integrity. They had my son's case for two weeks and they didn't call to say "Welcome to Excell - this is what we are doing, etc". Not a word. When a nurse was finally sent out she said she wasn't licensed to provide a certain part of care. Ok, no problem. I was prepared to call home health to provide this certain part of care.
