My mother is a patient here they do not care about the patient. You have to call everyday for a sample question “ I will call you back” “the providers with a patient, we will call you back” you never get a call back. For Lab result they take months to give you the result, the to be seen wait even with an appointment is hours no matter what day or time of the week you will wait at least 2 to 3 hours. I go here pretty much only once a year when I need to get tested for the flu , however it seems the wait time is more and more and I want to understand but then I don't understand. I was tested positive for Flu A and found out before the doctor told me due to the patient portal . Crazy for me to wait an hour for me to find out by the portal that I have the flu who wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour when I could've been home resting and drinking fluids . I had an outstanding experience at Excelsior Urgent Care. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—when I struggled to email my documents due to an eye injury, they even took my phone and handled it for me! Popped in at the advice of a pharmacy friend at the adjacent Safeway, I had no idea Excelsior was even there. I was seen within about 20 mins of arrival. Dr. Romeus has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to carefully explain my issue and the best course of action for treatment. He suggested additional tests that might preempt any other serious issues.
