I visited this location on multiple occasions in the fall of 2024 and in 2025. I was having issues with respiratory issues, so I assumed this would be easier than waiting at Patient First. The negatives FAR outweigh the benefits. First, it's not always a short wait even if they're not busy. Second, they have no pharmacy, no xray equipment so it's not a one-stop shop. I took my father there after 2 visits to the ER without resolution or relief. I was in high distress and desperate. The staff was calm taking the time to hear our needs and accommodate us. Dr. Romeus got to the bottom of the problem and made a treatment plan as well as action there for immediate relief!! We are still on this journey with my dad and so glad to find Excelsior to help. Thank you all, Dr Romeus & the entire team!!
Every visit to this clinic has been a wonderful experience. I have seen all three providers, and each one has provided exceptional care. Samantha, Lizaida, and Dr. Romeus Wids are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they give every time.
I go here pretty much only once a year when I need to get tested for the flu , however it seems the wait time is more and more and I want to understand but then I don't understand. I was tested positive for Flu A and found out before the doctor told me due to the patient portal . Crazy for me to wait an hour for me to find out by the portal that I have the flu who wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour when I could've been home resting and drinking fluids . My mother is a patient here they do not care about the patient. You have to call everyday for a sample question “ I will call you back” “the providers with a patient, we will call you back” you never get a call back. For Lab result they take months to give you the result, the to be seen wait even with an appointment is hours no matter what day or time of the week you will wait at least 2 to 3 hours.
