I go here pretty much only once a year when I need to get tested for the flu , however it seems the wait time is more and more and I want to understand but then I don't understand. I was tested positive for Flu A and found out before the doctor told me due to the patient portal . Crazy for me to wait an hour for me to find out by the portal that I have the flu who wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour when I could've been home resting and drinking fluids . I started coming to Excelsior while my primary physician is on maternity leave and the practice has exceeded my expectations. Dr Liz and the rest of the staff have been extremely kind and helpful with whatever I need from prescriptions to referrals. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for comprehensive healthcare.
Walked in with no appointment and was seen within 20 minutes. Super helpful and kind, quick getting prescriptions to my pharmacy, great secondary place while my usual doctor is out.

I had an outstanding experience at Excelsior Urgent Care. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—when I struggled to email my documents due to an eye injury, they even took my phone and handled it for me!
