Went today for an urgent visit because my doctor’s office recently had the doctor leave after less than one month and the Nurse Practitioner that I really liked (after meeting for 1 visit) was out today and tomorrow so the person answering phones there suggested I go to Urgent Care. Awesome Care! My primary care at John Hopkins was booked until February 2024 when I called to make an appointment in September so I went to Excelsior. It was easy to get an appointment, quick to see me once I got there, very professional, and friendly staff.
First experience I’ve had with an urgent care that has the staff constant with their patients health follow-ups and path to recovery
