Popped in at the advice of a pharmacy friend at the adjacent Safeway, I had no idea Excelsior was even there. I was seen within about 20 mins of arrival. Dr. Romeus has a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to carefully explain my issue and the best course of action for treatment. He suggested additional tests that might preempt any other serious issues. I had an outstanding experience at Excelsior Urgent Care. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—when I struggled to email my documents due to an eye injury, they even took my phone and handled it for me! Everything about the experience was great. Same day appointment, very little wait, great staff, incredibly knowledgeable doctor. I've had bad experiences with urgent care recently, and this was absolutely wonderful.
In desperation for a restroom, I stopped here because I could go no farther without having an accident. I asked the first person I saw to please allow me to use the toilet. She just kept insisting they didn't have public restrooms. I explained that I was getting ready to have an accident, so she finally pointed me down the hall.
