Every visit to this clinic has been a wonderful experience. I have seen all three providers, and each one has provided exceptional care. Samantha, Lizaida, and Dr. Romeus Wids are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they give every time.
I visited this location on multiple occasions in the fall of 2024 and in 2025. I was having issues with respiratory issues, so I assumed this would be easier than waiting at Patient First. The negatives FAR outweigh the benefits. First, it's not always a short wait even if they're not busy. Second, they have no pharmacy, no xray equipment so it's not a one-stop shop. I really enjoyed this urgent care. It’s always clean and very professional. The service is excellent as a provide a lot of great care and attention. This is always my first urgent care of choice.
My mother is a patient here they do not care about the patient. You have to call everyday for a sample question “ I will call you back” “the providers with a patient, we will call you back” you never get a call back. For Lab result they take months to give you the result, the to be seen wait even with an appointment is hours no matter what day or time of the week you will wait at least 2 to 3 hours. I go here pretty much only once a year when I need to get tested for the flu , however it seems the wait time is more and more and I want to understand but then I don't understand. I was tested positive for Flu A and found out before the doctor told me due to the patient portal . Crazy for me to wait an hour for me to find out by the portal that I have the flu who wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour when I could've been home resting and drinking fluids .
