I called needing assistance with relocating. Mrs. Washington was very much informative, helpful, and extremely understanding to my needs. her professionalism & caring demeanor was very welcoming. Her willingness to go over & beyond to assist me was outstanding. I have not met her in person, yet I'm sure the encounter would be as great. thank you so much for assisting me with everything I needed & understanding the process. The apartments have mice running around like crazy. There hasn't been any extermination for this issue. The maintenance staff DO NOT do their job and the Property Manager doesn't make sure they do. It takes months to get a maintenance request completed if you ever get it done
New management took over my last apartment complex and raised rates to an unaffordable degree, and diminished the quality of living. Finding an affordable place to either buy or rent was really daunting because I needed to be in this area, so I was limited in my selection. I'm glad I looked into Executive House. Horrible place to live since the management has changed to Michaels. It used to be better under Altman management. Now I every see anyone cleaning any areas of building. They killed the plant in the main lobby. It was a healthy plant for past 3 years I was here. New management increased the rent $50 - $75 for everyone. They have our email address, signed up for text alert; yet fails to communicate important matters. No explanation of anything (when they fail to take care of something). I just recently moved out of the Executive House Apartments after living here for 2 years with my boyfriend. This should only be considered as a temporary residence, if that. The management changed near the end for the worst and you’re charged to pay your rent online. Primary concerns while living here consisted of the maintenance, mail delivery and overall cleanliness.
