First, all the representatives are always polite and professional. With that said, I am less than happy with the outcome of your services. My yard has been overtaken with a weed(?) or some sort of grass I did not invite and it looks like some species of tree is trying to grow?

At the beginning of the season I had a great looking lawn, just look at the comments from the service person. Now my lawn is an absolute mess full of weeds and crabgrass. The entire lawn has an overall unhealthy look. What a waste of money!

Benjamin did a great job with my first treatment. I can tell you when I called to inquire about lawn care the customer support person (Stacy from my local area) was tremendously knowledgeable and clear about their services. No pressure at all. Great prices and suggested lawn plan. We shall see what is produced after my first treatment. Thank you all!
