First, all the representatives are always polite and professional. With that said, I am less than happy with the outcome of your services. My yard has been overtaken with a weed(?) or some sort of grass I did not invite and it looks like some species of tree is trying to grow?

Benjamin did a great job with my first treatment. I can tell you when I called to inquire about lawn care the customer support person (Stacy from my local area) was tremendously knowledgeable and clear about their services. No pressure at all. Great prices and suggested lawn plan. We shall see what is produced after my first treatment. Thank you all!

I watched Sean expertly treat all of the areas. Great customer service. I appreciate this because he didn't know if I was home, and he still took care to treat my lawn. My grass is continuing to show improvement. This is the start of the second season with these treatments. The grass is very lush!

When I initially first started with them a few seasons ago, I was not happy with them, I was going to cancel them after the end of the season but since they have changed hands, I could not be more pleased on how my yard looks.
