Absolutely the Worst Lawn Care Company I’ve Ever Dealt With Back in 2021, a sales rep told me my yard would take about 4 years to achieve the results I wanted, if I followed their program. I did everything: every feed, every aeration, every overseed, and I watered my lawn daily during the summer for four years straight. After all that time, my yard was still only average at best. One of their solicitors rung our doorbell today despite our clear No Soliciting sign. After we politely pointed out the sign and said we weren't interested, he told us that he saw the sign and proceeded to pitch their services anyway?! If they can't show basic respect to a potential client, how would they respect us after they've already taken our money? That's guaranteed we will never do business with them and will advise friends families and neighbors against their company as well.
My provider, Turf Ohio, appears to have been acquired by ExperiGreen. Beginning late 2024, through the Spring of 2025, I made numerous attempts to cancel my service. I emailed, spoke to representatives via phone, and stopped the technician from treating my lawn telling them each time to cancel my service. However, they records are so poor they still applied treatment. Now they are demanding payment and sending it to collections.
A door hanger was left on our porch under a Welcome sign so as not to alert passer-bys that no one was home. I called and left a voice message and within a few hours Drew Phyillaier returned my call. He was very professional, listened to my questions and gave answers to the questions I asked. The prices quoted works into our budget and we look forward to having our first treatment in a week to 10 business days.
