This feedback has nothing to do with Michael’s service; it’s about the product used. The insect repellent that was used damaged my bushes, plants and flowers. Leaves dried up and fell off of my bushes by the afternoon of the same day the repellent was applied, my hostas turned yellow as did leaves on some of my flowers. I cannot tell you how upsetting and distressing this is. I had asked prior to the application if the repellent would damage any of my foliage and was told no, it would not. May 6th, 2025. Spoke with Brent about my lawn care today. Very informative about the application process and price. I asked about possible uneven applications or potentially missing spots and he said it would be fixed and corrected if it were to happen. Price was very competitive. I have had this company for 2 yrs only because they bought out the mom and pop shop that was doing my yard. Census company has taken over. I have more weeds in my yard. They have burnt some of my shrubbery. When I have called to have someone come out and look at the areas I’m concerned with. I am told that they will call me when they’re on their way from my next application.
