We were with Top Lawn for over 20 years before it was bought out by Experigreen, and unfortunately this year has been nothing but a struggle. The technicians have caused repeated issues with our lawn, including tearing it up with their machines, over-fertilizing in spots which left stripes and streaks in the backyard, and cutting corners on weed control. Absolutely the worst business that I have worked with. After 2 years of them servicing my lawn it is covered with crab grass. After 3 calls and rude responses from the receptionist they finally sent someone out last week. However what ever treatment they did made zero difference. So I guess they expect me to pay $500 a season only to have my lawn look worse than when I did it!! My friend who referred me is experiencing the same level of service. Apparently Back to Nature Lawn care is also the same company...So I will leave a review on them. Hey check out what the technician wrote regarding my lawn 3 weeks ago and after you read it....look at what my grass looks like...lol. The initial sales contact with Matt was very satisfying to the point that I signed up as a 1st time customer without calling my other 3 possible service providers. Questions were answered and pricing was reasonable. My fingers are crossed that the service over this coming summer will impress me to bring me back in 2027.
RUN FAR, FAR AWAY. If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with this business has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very first treatment in May, it’s been one issue after another—ranging from gross negligence to total customer service failure.
