My lawn was acquired from GO Green. I've been with Experigreen for two seasons. They killed a $4000 speciman Japanese white pine with pesticide. I've tried to cancel my service and they won't cancel. I 've been on hold for that department 4 times for a total of over 50 minutes. I don't trust them as a reliable business. My contact has been Michael Erickson ( he says he can't cancel the service) Obviously, Experigreen doesn't make it possible to cancel. Go elsewhere for lawn service and hope for better luck. Not happy with all the burn spots from your technician not properly spreading. If that’s the best you do I think I will continue doing it myself

I’d love to rate them better but I can’t right now. I called over a week ago, wanted to have them come out. She said someone would call me back to schedule. I even gave her our CC# (which I totally regret). Over a week went by and no calls. I then had to call and leave a message. Bethany returned my call but was unable to take it. I called back and left a message. We played phone tag. I had to call customer service to get anywhere. A few days went by again. I called 2 more times. Chris was great. He came out to my house last minute on Friday to spray for mosquitoes so I would have it done in time for a wedding reception at my house on the Saturday. Definitely recommend his services

Austin was a perfect representative for your company. Well spoken, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. His description of the service (mosquito and tick) was clear and understandable, accurately described the service that I needed/was expecting without any prompting…no leading questions or description from me. A very nice gentleman.
