Best laundry mat I have found. One of the employees isn't very personable or approachable and kind of rude but every business has at least one and I don't fault them for it. Prices are fair and washers are massive. Clothes always come out great. This is my new main location.
Neat, clean, and the machines functioned perfectly. However, the bathroom was locked, and no one responded when I tried to contact the "attendant" per the sign on the door. Small issue, though, mostly a good experience.
$13.00-17.25 per washer load seems high. Right? I don't know what to compare it to, as this is the only laundromat I've used in Salem, but I live in Boise where their newest, most hi-tech laundromat chain is far more affordable. The washers and dryers here are modern Electrolux front loaders, there's a coin change machine, but the equipment also takes credit/debit, or you can buy a Fastcard and pre-load $$ on it if you frequent this laundromat. Teresa went out of her way to be helpful. She is a very pleasant person, and helped make our experience a better one.
On Tuesday June 13th, I went to do my laundry, a few minutes later ,I had an emergency. I spoke to the manager Braden, and let him know that , I needed help. He went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you so much. I am a regular customer and I will continue on being a customer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
