They kept my things safe for me for 2 years. Very spacious and very clean. The manager is super nice and helpful. The trash cans were always clean when you needed to throw away things. I paid online, much cheaper that way.
The purchase of renting a space was easy and so was the process of getting the lock and starting to fill up the unit. I was really happy to see that a moving cart was provided. Makes loading and moving items into the storage unit nice and easy.
I chose Extra Space Storage due to their extremely economical monthly rents and their close proximity to where I was staying. Once I sent my inquiry over online Curtis called me right away to answer any questions I may have had and to get me set up with a unit. He was really pleasant to deal with. I was set up with a unit in a matter of minutes. I got a lot of things and this place is so convenient and it is nearby my new place too. Mr. Curt was so nice and friendly! He took good care of us when we were at the office. The place is safe and secured and I won’t worry about my stuff getting stolen or something. Thank you for the great service, y’all earned another loyal customer! 😊
We arrived and the lock was there and all was clean. It was just smaller than we had visioned so we went to the office and the employee was so helpful and nice! It was his first day at that location but he got us a larger unit and got us set up and explained how everything worked and how to pay.
