Went there to change my storage to a smaller one. I was helped by a new associate, who was nothing less but amazing. Helped me find a smaller storage unit. Got to check out new available ones and go the best deal I could get. Definitely recommend!
Alison and Pete were great! Excellent service and communication throughout my rental. The facility is well maintained and clean and super convenient.
I guess if you're leaving stuff there a week or two it's good. It's well maintained. I have had a unit for a little over three years and my experience is once your stuff is in rates increase by whim. I've gone from $350 a month to $521 as of this month for a 10 x 20 storage unit, no notice discussion price just keeps going up. It will be the last increase.
CONTRACTS ARE A SCAM! This is what they don't tell you so pay attention. 1. They can increase your monthly payment by almost $100 a month. Without any warning. We secured a 5 x 8 storage unit at $92 per month in March 2024, we received a notice notice today June, 10, 2024 (months) A $75 monthly increase! 2.
