I love Extra Space Storage on Mansfield Highway. Customer service is always excellent. You always greeted with a smile and they always will help you. The property is always clean. Kathy the manager always and willingness to help you. And now meeting Michelle, she just made it all more special. This will be the best place that you would want to rent. Please come and they will help you. there the Best!!!

I called to inquire about space on a Friday and had the keys by Saturday morning. I thought the the process would be long, 1hr? It was about 20 mins and painless. The terms were explained and understood. Location manager, Kathie, was present with great customer service when I needed her. Only 4 stars because it's hard for me to give perfect 5s. Just started with them today.

Ethan, such a great soul he is doing his job and he is doing it well. He really makes you feel welcome and has a great smile on his face every time we come in. He definitely helped me with my storage needs in a rush. He went over above and beyond for me, my daughter and my mother. He should get a raise based off just his genuine want for helping people when in need. Thank you so much for the services you have provided us with.

Hey, this is Robert. What's the chilling Kathy here? Extra Space Storage. And I am loving them. I get them a 5 star. Review because they have shown us so much love. We went sure wet size to get. They came looking at what we had in our u. Truck and told us exactly what we needed. So now we are set everything that's perfect. I recommend you coming work with these ladies so they are awesome.
