RecommendedRJ (site mgr) was incredibly empathetic and helpful. I needed this space at the very last minute. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood everything. He was efficient and the company policies seem to put the customer’s needs first. He made a really bad day for me much easier to deal with. Thanks RJ and extra space storage!

Very helpful. Very pleasant. The ease of getting the unit was a breeze. Did everything online so only needed to go to the unit and get the lock. The manager we dealt with was superb. Definitely recommend them if you need to store anything.
