I've been with ESS for several years and never had a problem, Mike is very nice and accommodating! The units are clean, the property is safe and I've been very happy at this location!

It is convenient and clean, it does not have electrical power provided in case of emergencies. The renting procedure was quick and efficient.
This is the third time we've used Extra Space Storage. Gil, the new manager, did a great job getting us the unit we needed. Everything is spotless and the units, as well as the facility, are easily accessible. Plus, the price is right.
This is my first time having to use a storage. I am very pleased with Storage Choice on W. Airport's. Their customer service is impeccable and everything about this facility is convenient.
I have had my unit for less than 3 months and they are wanting to almost double my rate! Beware!

Cannot recommend. They automatically raise the rate after 6 months and 1 year. It is probably in the contract fine print, but they do not disclose this verbally. You can look on their website, and the advertised rates are much lower, so it is not a matter of the rates increasing overall. Very dubious business practice.

Beware of Extra Space storage!!! I have a signed contract that says my rate is $106 per month and they have been charging my bank account $172 and when I called to ask why they said they notified me by mail that my rate was increasing by almost 50% and that I didn't have to agree to it that they could charge me whatever they chose because they supposedly sent some letter!! There is no confirmation that a letter was received or anything on my behalf.
