We bought a storage unit lien, and Joel was very helpful. Easy transaction time on paying the lien, deposit, and clean up. Unit was as posted in the pictures and all items were here
so helpful with me having Almost 0% info on how to move my stuff in betweenmoves into my storage unit. if i could give the homie 6/5 stars I would!!
My experience has been amazing. Joel was great from start to finish! The only challenge was my mover couldn't get their truck in.
I love Joel and the team at this location! They're always so down-to-earth and provide excellent customer service. Even during hard times when I lost my job, they were incredibly patient with me and made sure to communicate clearly about when I needed to pay my bill to avoid additional fees. Plus, they even accept check payments--almost unheard of these days! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Good customer service. Typical storage unit rental. No issues with this location. Also has a handful of parking spots.
Been well over a month and yet the customer restrooms ARE STILL unavailable and guests are not permitted to use the employee restroom they claim not to have. No where nearby to pee or crap. A real pain in the butt. Terribly inconvenient and they JUST DONT CARE.

Things were fine for years when this was Stash. Since the ownership change they have twice dropped my automatic payment. The first time they told me and I was able to fix it. The second time rather than let me know they were not auto charging my card anymore they called me one time after my statement was over a month old and then put my things in foreclosure with several hundred dollars in fees to get them back.
