I used the online rental experience & made all the arrangements without any difficulties. Received excellent customer service from JR & Chuck.
I have now rented units with Extra Space 3 different times. One in Newington, CT, one in Summerville, SC, and now in Charleston, SC. Every facility had a great customer service experience, were clean, and what I feel is a value comparatively.
