My RV was parked in the very front row with its back against a wooden fence. This fence was not sufficient to block street noise, let alone the car wash. I suggested that a sound barrier wall be installed only for the suggestion to fall on deaf ears. I have to complement their maintenance of the grounds.

We have rented 5 storage units here for over 9 months. $800+ per month. Moving out of state, asked if we could park 2 Penske trucks there overnight while we load (2-3 nights). They said “NO!” Said they could put us in the RV area for $40 night!!! Really? This is how you treat good customers, never late on pmt! NO customer service here. Rent space elsewhere, they don’t appreciate your business!

These people turned off the power to the access gate. This made it impossible to get into storage units or get to you're RV if you wanted to evacuate. What is the purpose of having a key pad if you're going to kill the power? If it's thief,that means my RV is not safe at your facility anytime. I don't know who was the brainchild of this lockout, but it really inconvenienced a lot of customers. OH, I forgot to mention that there was no notice given about this lockout.
