Great customer service, Chris is a really property manager. Storage was Clean and everything was really easy. And caught them during a flash sale, so it was super cheap!!

Chris and Gary are great! I had never stored anything in a storage unit before, so did a lot of looking around before choosing Extra Space in Foxboro. So glad I did! Couldn't be happier with the service, sign up process, total transparency with charges, and the unit itself. Clean and safe! Stopped by to rent a unit, and the door was locked even though they are open until 5:30pm.The Assistant Store Manager (Renee) opened the door and asked if she could help. I explained my business, and she said that she was at lunch. I offered to come back later, but she let me in anyway, SKIPPED her lunch and proceeded to spend the necessary time with me to show me the best unit for my needs, completing all the paperwork and explain the whole process. This is my first time to this facility and the manager and the assistant have been great!! They took the time to explain everything in the contract. No hidden gimmicks. I feel very safe leaving my stuff there. I just want to say Thank you to Chris and Gary!
Chris goes out of his way to provide the most professional service. Over this holiday weekend I needed help related to climate control issues and he provided timely, detailed assistance. So glad he is among the Foxboro Extra Space Storage staff.
I called and asked if rents would be forgiven for the month due to the COVID-19. I was told my request was escalated to corporate and I would receive a call. But no one ever called. I called back and was then told I would find my answer on the website. They lost a star again. No customer service at this location. We just had snow and it would have taken them 2 min to clear the keypad so you can reach it from your car. They chose to leave snow in the way so you had to get out into the slush and snow. Rates mysteriously increase yet the same units are online for significantly less. The reasoning is "that is for new customers". That is just the mindset of this company screw you once you move into the unit. Hallways are like crypts with no lights to speak of. Was told that they would work with me and give a prorated refund if I vacated in the middle of the month. LIES!!! Vacated 3 days into the paid month with no refund whatsoever.
