I have been using Extra Space Storage, off and on, since the late 80’s. I rent 2 storage pits in March. It’s always clean and secure, never an issue. I had a question, concern last week and my call was taken by Christelle. She addressed my concern and took ownership of this situation. She promptly resolved the issue. She did a wonderful job and I will tell you, her company should be proud to have such a great person in thier employ!
Really great customer service, especially in the billing department. Reached out to Blake and Jaimi and they were able to help me with my problem with a friendly smile and follow up call to make sure I was taken care of. Large, clean facility with good security.
Both Jamie's always at their desk. They answered all my questions, I had an issue with my father-in-law. And they walked me through everything. They're always smiling and pleasant and nice could not recommend this place h What a great experience!

This place is great simply because of the customer service. I came in to ask questions and encountered Jaimi who was a breath of fresh air from the beginning. She explained all the unit sizes , prices and policies to me in depth.and with a smile. She didn't rush me or act agitated when I asked a thousand questions. I finally decided on a unit for my son and my day was better just because she was so pleasant..
