This place offers pretty good service and security, and the units are in pretty good shape. I see negative reviews referring to rodents, and burglary, and I am not sure this company should be blamed for those things. I feel the fees are a little high, but I understand the need to finance this large property are likely substantial, so there may be justification. My unit has been broken into twice. Don't bother with the insurance policy they don't honor it. $211/month for climate controlled unit. Price started at $120/ month but they can go up on the price whenever they want, there's no rent control

My stuff was in storage for 2 months and when I got it ...it was filled with rat poop all over it and a rat chewed my cord to my tv and through my boxes the lady at the front desk apologize to me and told me they are majorly infested with rats ...they should've told me this before I moved my stuff in I had to through away a lot of stuff

Update: I live in Houston Texas and during the period 8/25/17 the Houston area was undergoing/preparing for Hurricane Harvey a category 4 Hurricane; Having a storage space at Extra Space Storage 10220 Beechnut in Houston TX.I store my portable generator and other camping gear, extra coolers, grills ect. This equipment is extremely useful in situations where my home may lose power.
