Getting a short term storage spot for our Class B was simple and straight forward, at an affordable rate. Zachary was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Made our starting of rental storage very easy. A pleasure to work with. Unfortunately I have to knock one star here, but it is not for any service reason, it is an access issue that these folks may have no control over. The access road is abhorred. Easy to deal with - however as noted in another review, when I opened up the unit after a year there was a LOT of dust over everything. Luckily the moving company had covered furniture with plastic, or it would've been pretty bad. Other than that, and the fact that they keep raising the rent very often, I found them professional and responsive.

The place was clean and easy to get to. Practice social distancing, the manager was attentive, had everything ready for me. Explain the cost in contract was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for storage. My experiences on to the great customer service I received.

Very nice staff. I used them last year, took a break, came back as I needed them. They helped. 4 months later they increased the rent by 70%. I will be moving out.

I paid for storage at this place for seven years...thousands of dollars...never missed a payment or was ever late..only to open it up to find a couple inches of dirt and cobwebs on everything. Turns out there is a huge opening above the gated garage like door that allows all the NM dust in even when the door is closed. Terrible design. Took me 6 hours to clean and had to throw away quite a bit. I still had to keep my stuff there because I was still on the road, but I had to cover everything with plastic.
