Friendly staff at my location, it looks secured. i have to put in my passcode about 3 times before I reach my unit. Climate control was the biggest reason I went with this company and the location was perfect for moving out of my apartment.

I've been to other storages and they just don't keep their areas maintain but this place that I'm renting from extra storage that keep everything maintained and just looks like a place that people would want to keep their stuff safe and the people that work there are so friendly and so helpful it's just feels right

Very convenient to USF campus. Great price. Helpful & friendly staff. The facility.was very clean and easy to access. They have dollies at the facility to help transport from vehicle to the unit.

Very good experience .All relevant information was provided. Staff were helpful and friendly. From the start process was simple and easy. Was only disappointed by the fact that we kept getting a message that your website was only available in the United States. In a global world your website should have no boundaries. Hence the reason for a 4 and not a 5. Almost never proceeded with using your storage facility because kept getting message that Website was only available in the US.
