First time using a storage place. Researched around the area and this place offered the space I needed (climate control), also family knew the area to be known as clean and safe. After talking over the phone and in person, all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The storage associate showed us how to open the gate and where our storage space was. It was easy. Great promotional deal, great in person guidance, and clean area.

The staff at the Daly Dr. Property are very friendly and helpful, provide great service. The grounds are well maintained.

I visited two Extra Space Storage locations in Chantilly. Extra Space Storage located off Daly Drive in Chantilly is the best facility; clean and very professionally managed as compared to the location off of Mariah Ct. I am thinking they must have different franchise owners which seems to make a difference.
