Great customer service, clean and space.
Excellent storage facility! The facility is nice and clean , free of rodents. I had my things for over 2 months and the experience I had was awesome ! Steven , the manager is an exceptional person , a professional leader and most of all , a very compassionate human being. The customer service that steven gave me was exceptional. Steven even went extra mile to have held on to my mailed checks carefully from the moving company.Thanks steven for your wonderful hospitality and service ! you were nothing but great.
Very accommodating. I needed alot of space quickly to do some sorting and clearing. Then a smaller space for storage & they did a unit transfer at no charge. Thank you Extra Space!
Hailey did a great job. She's professional and knows her job well. She's also very friendly. Anyone should be happy to rent there. The place is clean and very secure. Thanks Hailey.
If I could give less then 1 star I would. We moved out and no one told us that if we paid the month then moved out 2 days after paying the full amount we needed to call for a refund
