Overall storage experience has been great. Every time I work with the office, the staff is very nice and accommodating. Cost, because cost is definitely something to be aware of. I was in an 8x5 unit for about a year 2/27/24. I started with a monthly rent of $34. Over the next year, my rent would increased until it came to this month of February 28, 2025 where my rent would increase from $79/month to $131/month. Almost $100 Increase per month. Yeah extra space you play games with renters.
Nancy and Kim were very helpful and patient with questions. They helped make the transition as smooth as possible.
Fast and easy to move in..
I was previously at the Harlem location in Berwyn but found that a smaller unit was costing 4x more...Yes, 4x more!!!
Very easy process. The building is very easy to get to and very clean. The office Staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly.
