Live Extra Space storage! Even though storage has gone up since covid, I know Extra Space has been the best deal for me. I have had storage units for my home and business since 2020. In the last year I moved things from Acworth to Atlanta rd. I have to say Candace has been amazing! She is on top of things and always gives me the best rates on my units. I've had a great experience with all of the employees at this location, but Pam deserves a special shout out. I stopped by the office to see if anyone had turned in my earring that I had lost the day before, and although it had not been brought to the office she told me she would look for it on her next walk through. She went to my unit, looked around there and on that hall, and then went outside where I had parked and found it. Q and Skylar are amazing!! Both were able to anticipate my needs and address them in a very professional manner. I would highly suggest renting space in this environment because it is clean and the customer service provided was exceptional. Additionally, the website is very user friendly.

While I am happy with the storage unit, I am a bit disappointed in the price going up after 3months of service. This wasn't explained to me when I signed up and it is a little misleading. I started at $79/month and now i'm paying $144 pretty much double what I started with. I am Very disappointed that this wasn't verbalized to me when i signed up because I definitely would have choose a different company that's keeps there rates the same.

The facility itself is nice enough and so are the people I've dealt with, but the prices advertised are deceptive. They raise the rate after you've been there a couple of months even though they have the same units available for the same price that you've been paying. Mine went from $108 to $154 so I'm moving my stuff.
