The Team at Extra Space Storage in Midvale, UT is by far the best Customer Service I have ever received. Best move in rate and always call me if anything comes up. I feel my belongings are safe by their awesome security and solid unit against weather. Would suggest to anyone, don't bother going anywhere else. They actually care. Thanks Tyson! You're the best!
I'm giving it 1 star bcuz the people who run it are very nice. But, they raised my rent by 110% from 1 month to the next. It's in a sketchy area and sketchy people are always walking around. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go when it's dark out. I don't have an issue bcuz I'm a gun carrying person. I'm packing up and going somewhere nice for the money they're charging me. Simply awful. I rented a storage unit and was told I'd have access to move whenever and told them the dates I needed it for. I was storing my girlfriends stuff from her old apartment because her lease was up and there was a 6-day gap between when she had to be out and when she was moving into her new place so we put everything in a unit and then planned on getting it out six days later and I told management and the person who rented me the unit when I paid for it and they said it wouldn't be a problem at all I only had one d... read more
This entire company is automated, especially after hours. Any problems will take 1-2 days to fix. If your gate code doesn't work (happened yesterday) and you have a crew to load/unload after hours, they have a 24-48 hour "escalation" policy to respond to your immediate needs. Met another customer who was stuck inside their gates Sunday for 3 hours - at night. Code would let her out. Repeat. If you have any after hours issues, they are not online.
