Everyone at Extra Space Storage has been exceptional at their jobs. The manager, Amanda,has been so helpful in every way. From the first unit,which was a 5x5, to the one I rented today. I tell every one that I know looking for a unit, to go see Amanda. Although sometimes they are a little out of the way,it's worth the drive. Everyone is treated with respect there.
Need a storage! Go here talk the manager Amanda she is superb and EJ got my issues handle about my move out. City decided to block us out for almost a week delaying our move out these people made it pain free 10/10
Store manager Amanda was awesome I was needing to upgrade to a bigger unit and she was so helpful and made the process so easy and I was able to prorate the fee since I had already paid my units fee for the month but was moving out of that one into a vehicle storage. The unit was cleaned out well and had the lock in the unit this time. Only thing is they don't really do anything about mice and didn't warn me either. Cuz your gonna want to set traps or bait as they will get into everything they can and defecate on everything.
Wonderful and friendly service, manager makes you feel welcome and reassured about your items being safely stored. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Amanda was great she gave good knowledge of the units ! She also stated she wants to be abducted by aliens with her husband lol...
