New to the Massachusetts area. Went to three other store units before actually seeing a person and getting help. Walked into to the office talked to the first person there. Greeted me, and asked me what size unit am i looking for. Of course i had no idea, i showed him what i had to stored and he first mentioned the different size units that are best suited for my stuff. I called at 10:30 a.m. drove to the facility and had a unit by 11:00. The facility is clean. Well run and relatively new. I highly recommend it if you need a storage unit in the framingham area.

This place is neat, clean, accessible, and affordable. Neil Grossman, the manager, is competent, honest, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend the Leland St, Framingham MA location.
They are quick and readily available to assist when needed. Units are new so they are in tip top shape, pricing is good and everything is clean.

While the customer service has been fine, the cost is not what they up front state. I have had two rent increase in less than 10 months, for more than 30% above the initial amount. Frankly feels like bait and switch. Have left two voice mails to discuss with no return calls. will be looking for new location shortly
Its very convenient, but I've only had it for about 4 months and they're already raising my rate about 50%. Really disappointed and looking for a new storage option.
