The Euclid location is nice and clean. Only once was there not a cart to use because it was on a Saturday and there were a lot of people there - I had to carry heavy boxes instead of using the cart. What I dislike most are the hidden fees, like mandatory insurance and $20 for a special lock. Also, there is "One-time registration fee" of about $30. A month later, I ended up changing to a different storage unit and was charged $30 for the 2nd time. Expect to pay the "One-time registration fee" each time you switch storage unit... read more

I highly recommend this place! Murisa was awesome. She helped me with my new unit and was very kind to me. I had just lost my Mom and had to scramble to make storage arrangements. Murisa helped me with the reservation of the unit that was perfect for me until after I had dealt with the funeral. She showed me kindness and compassion when I really needed it.

The location in Euclid is one of the nicest that I've ever seen. Easy access to drive up to your unit for unloading and or load. The storage space is huge, clean, safe and affordable. Easy to find and a block away from the 90 freeway.The staff are also so helpful and accommodating. Thanks to everyone at this location for your outstanding customer service.

Read the fine print if you are late on your payment they will a send a little message like "please contact us about your storage unit" nothing else no details nothing they never told me they were getting ready to auction and sell all my belongs I been up there multiple times none of the workers said anything to me!!! Let me start i am giving 5 stars to Storage!!! But 0 stars for customer service at this location!!! Had very bad experience, would say was told to leave store because i didn't use services to rent from employee , was told also they can not help and grand price whats online!!
