Horrible.....Buyer be warned.....they up the rates suddenly....it's bait and switch. If you have all of the money in the world, the units are clean. If you don't, do not rent here. Mine was in York, Maine. DO NOT RENT HERE IN YORK, MAINE

They’ve upped my rent 5 times in the past 2 years. What started at $104 a month is now $300 a month, yet they offer bigger units to new customers for $146. Screw this company. Only good if you need to store stuff for a short period of time like 2 months. I’ve made numerous attempts to lower it and they won’t do anything. Seriously extraspace is a crap storage company
