Accidentally locked all my keys in the storage unit, so no way to get home or back into the unit. Spare key was miles away, so took a walk to the office and asked if they had a bolt cutter. The woman in the office was great, grabbed a pair of cutters and gave me a ride back to the unit in their golf cart, cut my lock off, and even had a new lock with her! Problem solved with great service.

I'm grateful that we were able to get a storage unit from these guys. they go around the buildings and make sure that everybody has their locks on correctly. we thought we did but we hadn't and luckily they got a hold of us right away and we like the place up and I had no issues not with it other attached units or the other people's around it seem like everybody had fun when they were at their storage anyways like their storage was a circus unit or something they had all their goodies in there bikes and camping stuff all kin... read more
