RecommendedI found the online registration to be easy to complete… later in the day Brian reached to out welcome me and asked if I had any questions or needed assistance. I found him to be friendly and very helpful! It would be nice if the office could stay open later one or two nights a week.

Extra Space bought out our prior storage company and raised rates twice. What we noticed was that the pest control (mouse traps/control) was removed. Additionally, upon moving out, we found mildew under all of our bins that were on the floor and mouse droppings around and on top of our belongings. We are currently renting a portable storage unit, the same size, for half the cost of the one we moved out of. Best part is all of our storage is now few steps away from our back door.
