We absolutely love this storage facility!! We have been here for over 4 years and our items are well in tact. Also, the staff is so amazing and accommodating!! They make sure you are up to date with their policies and any changes to be aware of. Highly recommended!

This business will charge you extra money without notice bring up your rates without notice there is nobody to talk to when you have an issue you are given a fake email to contact. Building is never cleaned bathroom never had toilet paper changed never seen the hallways ever get cleaned place is disgusting. Staff is disgusting and thinks being flirty makes her laziness okay. Following some research, I determined that they have falsely advertised their rates on their website. For example, the rate for the largest unit on their website is 203.00. The rate on their website, however, is only for a few months, but it's not disclosed as an introductory rate. In my opinion, this is not a good business practice and is deceptive. Besides deceptive advertising, their units are generally in proper working condition.

I won an auction via storage treasures. It was ready to pick up according to storage treasures and the facility. I called in 2 hours before and was told everything was clear. I arrive and while I was paying, they said it was cancelled. The manager Alex Lemon and the front desk attendant saw that they made a TYPO IN THEIR SYSTEM SO THE CANCELLED IT ON THE SPOT. Pretty disappointed with my experience with extra space. Unit was fine, move in was easy, but the gate is literally open 24/7. My code never worked. It's been 3 months. Plus, 3 months after signing up, they jumped my monthly rate 55% with no warning. What?
