Cassandra, went above and beyond explaining all of the procedures and processes here, I just want to state that this has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with a storage facility. The process of finding an adequate size unit and working with the local team (Cassandra I think was her name), was very easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.
Cassandra was amazing in helping us transfer units and answering all of our questions! Our stuff has always felt safe and secure. Highly recommend!
I gave this two stars because they only deserved one additional for the setup of the account and ease of use of the facility. Oh and the lights would never come on, unless you walked all the way to the other side of the hall to get them to turn on, and they weren't bright enough. However, my gripe is i got this on a web rate at $56 a month. No where did the advertisement say it was for a short time. Paying that amount I mean. This place is great! Affordable cost, a lot of room in the storage! Their staff is very friendly and nice, very helpful! I recommend anybody that needs storage come to Extra Space Storage these guys are great!
