Cassandra, went above and beyond explaining all of the procedures and processes here, I just want to state that this has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with a storage facility. Extra Space Storage made it so easy for me to reserve and rent the storage unit I wanted online! Their front desk worker is also super friendly and helped me out with all of my questions as this is my first time getting a storage unit myself.
We have 2 storage units at this location and overall have had a positive experience however it seems at least 2-3x per year the rates continue to increase. My rate was $181 per unit this time last year and now are $335 each, an 85% increase.
We had a really great experience, with initiation process from Extra Space Storage on Broncos Parkway. First the representative that helped us Cassandra, gave us a detailed tour of all unit options available. We picked a 10 by 20 unit which was spacious and met our needs. The contract signing was seamless and everything was explained thoroughly by Cassandra. The storage is very up-kept, gated, and easy to access and use. We are excited! Thanks
