Cassandra, went above and beyond explaining all of the procedures and processes here, I just want to state that this has been the most pleasant experience that I have had with a storage facility. We had a really great experience, with initiation process from Extra Space Storage on Broncos Parkway. First the representative that helped us Cassandra, gave us a detailed tour of all unit options available. We picked a 10 by 20 unit which was spacious and met our needs. The contract signing was seamless and everything was explained thoroughly by Cassandra. The storage is very up-kept, gated, and easy to access and use. We are excited! Thanks
As of right now I would say they are great. I came in and needed a place to get a storage. They were great. Gave me a quote for a different location and they found me a spot that was a better price. And the unit was bigger. Sounds like a WIN WIN. Thank you for that.
I have had a really great experience here. I was able to get a unit exactly the size I needed, for really really really good price. Everything has been clean, the staff is awesome and overall I recommend this place if you need storage.
Cassandra was very helpful today! We’ve rented here before and the service is always great! 😊 I would recommend using this extra space! I love how u can rent a storage without all the paperwork and hassle of meeting someone in person!
