Yes just like everyone else I don't like storage spikes, especially when they are double the cost. One thing I can say about this location though... Is that Cassandra the most helpful and considerate storage employee I have ever dealt with. Which is saying a lot since I have had over 50 storages throughout my life and currently have 5 on going. There was an issue when I booked my unit online, somehow it doubled book. Janay was great and getting the problem resolved. The place is very clean and well maintained!

Just fine when it was CubeSmart. Bought out by extraspace and price hikes. 5x10 outside unit WAS $64 monthly. Get a piece of mail stating extraspace is keeping its competitive price starting at $109 monthly. Quickly went to another CubeSmart with a 5x10 unit for only $10 more than what I was paying rather than another $45 added on by extraspace. Ridiculous.

Started renting 10X10 space on the second floor with elevator access in May of 2021. Got a limited time promo for $63 per month. At the end of the promo, I think 6 months, price went to $80. Today I received a letter stating that as of 2/16 my rent was being increased to $154. I called them and was told that they were moving the pricing up to be inline with the competitors in the area. When I asked how much they were renting 10X10 spaces today, I was told $124. The competitor close by, Public Storage, has the same size space... read more
