Extra space storage is clean easy to access. Friendly people at the facility. However, I was only renting for 1year and they raised my rates twice within that time frame. Also I paid for a full month, moved out half way though the month and was told I would not be refunded for half of the payment. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone based of their financial practices.
Great facility. Too bad some tenants are too dumb to use automatic doors and keep breaking them. The door on the climate controlled building stands open a lot of the time as a result. Otherwise, very clean!
Had a great experience with all of the staff and my few storage units here over the year, highly recommend! The staff was always great to work with.
So easy, it scared me. Lol. They were helpful as ever. Always replied right back. It’s nice to know there are companies that truly care about their customers. Here’s one of them.
I had a unit here for about 2 years. The service was great and the units were well maintained! Everyone on the staff was very helpful!
