Being new to Colorado and relocating from another state, there was a lot to get done, and it was very stressful. Christopher was so helpful with accommodating us with a place to store our most precious items for a more than fair price while we got things situated to move into our new home. We are extremely grateful for his kindness and customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with the manager, Christopher. He's an outstanding awesome dude. He's definitely a man of his word. He provided me storage that was safe, clean, and affordable. I really appreciate his customer service.

Chris is so kind and helpful. I have a storage unit here in the climate controlled part. They are always cleaning the property, and they have carts to help get things to and from your unit. I definitely recommend! Alicia

Christopher, the site manager at Extra Space Storage on Parkglenn, has been excellent to work with. He has been helpful, reasonable, and efficient. I don't say that lightly - I highly value efficiency and don't suffer fools gladly. Upon meeting him, he showed me the lockers I was interested in renting, answered all questions directly and clearly, and generally made me feel comfortable storing personal items there. I chose this space because it was close to my new home. I didn't expect much more than a place for my stuff but was pleasantly surprised to meet Chris the on-site manager. He was knowledgeable, patient with my questions & helped me choose the best option for my needs. The spaces are clean - prices are fair and I like that there's an on-site manager. Extra Space Parker meets my needs & gives me peace of mind.

Christopher, the manager, is the best: knowledgeable, caring, professional yet personable. He is an expert at storage and storage needs. He helped me so much. When I needed an extra storage space he had me switch out my one lock for two locks that use the same key. I've had a great experience with renting storage space because of Chris. I checked out other storage facilities and they were very impersonal and showed no regard for my storage needs. There's no one like Chris!

In less than a year, we've had three rate increases totaling over $100 more a month. The price you pay in the beginning is just to get you in there. They continuously raise the cost knowing that you don't have the time to move to another location every 3 months. And, the outdoor units don't have good deals on the bottom of the door. So there's always dust all over everything.

Literally the worst place ever. I paid for 5 units to empty pods from across the country. I was assured I could drop all the pods same day. That was 100% a lie to get money from me. The night before the pods were to be dropped I called just to give a heads up, at that point I was told I couldn't drop not one pod! Also wouldn't be getting getting the $2k I paid even though it was the property managers fault. WORST LIAR EVER! Customer service wouldn't work with me.
