I had tge pleasure of speaking to 3 staff members in person in Msdison WI, named Don, Jamie and Rochelle, and a representative via phone. Have little personal experience myself with renting storage units, my many questions were answered fully, politely and with much appreciated patience. All the staff worked diligently to secure me storage space to accommodate my needs at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Extra Space Storage to others.

Jack just helped fix a website login/account issue for me that central corporate extra space storage hasn't been able to fix for 2+ months despite multiple contacts with tech there, new tickets every time and no call backs.. Local customer service doesn't get any better than the attention and time he gave to fix the problem. Thank you!
