Gave reasonable premium each months and clean security areas .staff were great awesome. They speak very polite, eventhought try work together to keep their business successful, so I am happy to stay to keep storage for while.

Staff was very informative and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Provided positive feedback and suggestions. Place was packed with students on the day of my move and yet it all ran smoothly without a hitch. Definitely a wining team here.
I had tge pleasure of speaking to 3 staff members in person in Msdison WI, named Don, Jamie and Rochelle, and a representative via phone. Have little personal experience myself with renting storage units, my many questions were answered fully, politely and with much appreciated patience. All the staff worked diligently to secure me storage space to accommodate my needs at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Extra Space Storage to others.

Jack just helped fix a website login/account issue for me that central corporate extra space storage hasn't been able to fix for 2+ months despite multiple contacts with tech there, new tickets every time and no call backs.. Local customer service doesn't get any better than the attention and time he gave to fix the problem. Thank you!
Jack is really good in helping and providing customers a correct option.Easy to book a storage,just one call, was able to complete the booking. I would suggest this storage!!
"Reserved" doesn't really mean reserved! Reserved a unit for 2 days hence so I could speak with my wife, then when I called the next day to rent it, it had been rented. Why call or allow someone to reserve a space if that is not what it means!
