I've tried several storage companies for storing furnishings/furniture/household items, but Extra Space Storage is superior to all the rest. The facility is super clean, well patrolled, easily accessible and reasonably priced when compared to other companies. I was particularly impressed with Michael who assisted me when I last stopped by. I was under a lot of stress and he stepped in, cool and calm, ready to assist. So nice, these days, to be welcomed with professionalism and kindness. Well done!
This was my first time using a storage facility, and Extra Space Storage made the process seamless. Mike was incredibly helpful and informative, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable with everything. The facility was clean, well maintained and easy to access. Overall, a great experience - I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of storage solutions.
My husband and I came in on Friday and the gentleman that assisted us was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us 3 different Units and we chose the one that best suits us. Unfortunately, we did not get the gentleman’s name that helped us out but he was very helpful and we would recommend our family and friends to him! Thank you 😊
Alex was so helpful in explaining everything to us as we rented our first storage unit. We understood all charges, current and future, before signing the agreement. She made all policies and procedures very clear and answered all of our questions. The unit itself is clean and ready for us. We know our stuff will be safe and secure.
