Clean, Cool, and Controlled This storage facility has the most helpful and friendliest staff. "V" is pleasant, informative, and willing to ensure the customer is satisfied. The male staff person (whose name I can't recall) also goes above and beyond for their customers. The facility is very clean, cool as it's climate controlled, and easily accessible. The area feels safe as well. I'm a new customer to this facility and I will be a returning customer based on my experience thus far.
Hassle free experience First time renting a storage unit and the facilities manager made sure I had an easy move in. She was patient enough to explain everything to me nicely. Clean facility
Great location and wonderful customer service Public storage seems like such a sheisty business and coming up here this evening to get a unit, I had that mindset. But the staff there ispelled all my fears. I've not gotten attentive and polite service like this in so long. They were friendly and polite and I ran in 3 mins before their listed close time because I was coming from my job across town.
