if you have any belongings you don't want ate by rats or pooped on by birds and rats, then stay away. I had stuff here for 3 years on the 2nd floor and needed to throw most away after I noticed the problem. Also I had to change units because of a leaking roof before this. Then to find out the second unit leaked too and had rat/bird problems when I came to remove my belonging. Guy working at desk basically stated they were overrun with rats because of the pet store next door that attracts rats and birds. It would have been ... read more
