I had a storage unit with this facility for over 4 years. The previous company wouldn’t just auction off your stuff so quickly. They would give you a decent amount of time to pay or fix the issue. From the moment that Extra Space bought out the previous owners you can tell they were feigning to snatch your stuff, you could be a week late & these people are talking about auction. Was great for the first 2 months great customer service and then I get notified that due to supply and demand they were raising my rate by $45 a month. I argued with them and they agreed to only raise mine by $20 That went on for 7 months. I then received notice of them starting auction process after being 4 days late paying. My first time ever being late they have a 6 day grace period before late and other fees This company is all about money. I do not recommend at all
