I was very well taken care of from the first day, when I made the reservation at the office with James who helped me choose what I needed and gave me all the information. Today I went to start the lease and Amy was super friendly and kind , she went above and beyond helping me with the entire process, giving me exact instructions on how to access the unit, what the payments would be like and how to manage everything from the app. The storage is in a good location with quick access roads. I have never rented a storage unit before. So this being my first time I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. We were in and out with a unit in 15 minutes. They were very calm, clean and professional in the office. I like the camera surveillance all throughout the building being displayed on a tv in the front office for all to see. This place feels safe for me to trust them with my things.
After having a unit for exactly two months, the rent doubled in price. They'll get you in with an attractive rate and then blindside you with a high rate and once you're all moved in it's a hassle to move out. Save yourself the headache and don't use Extra Space.
HORRIBLE... Bryond words, it's understandable that everything have skyrocketed, but to be ripped off and make you feel crazy for their error that took the cqke for me. I won't recommend anyone. RUN.
