I had gotten there last minute to get a storage locker & the woman took her time after she closed to come unlock my unit so i was able to meet the deadline i had to get my thinngs out of where they were. Was very greatful!
Finally moved the last item from this location. Have been renting here for over 20 years, more than 15 in the same 10X20 unit. Last year I mentioned E/S had raised the rent to $265.00 a month, one year later its $334 a month! So after raising the rates almost 100% in 2 years, E/S just tacked on another $69.00 increase in one year. Advertised web rate is still $220 - $240, I guess they hope you are on auto pay and will not notice the constant increases. 9/10 reviews are requested to be made before you actually have an experience with them. I and my husband rented a small unit last year which was short lived due too unexpected construction needing to be done. That’s fine an well we understand things happen. However due to the inconvenience we and many others were asked if we could get our belongings out by said due date that we would be refunded a certain amount and here we are a year later and multiple phone calls still with no refund. Joel helped me book the storage space rental initially and he was a huge help! I virtually booked the rental online and he called me within 20 minutes to finish the booking process in a stress-free, and quick manner. He was very helpful and descriptive throughout the whole process and gave me insight into the latest offers and deals they were providing (first month completely free!). After I know longer needed the storage space he canceled it for me on the spot so I know longer would be charged. Overall he was a great help!
This company gets you into your unit at a good price but shoppers be warned— the price you sign up at is not guaranteed for a year, or even 6months. Within 3-to-4 months of getting my unit the price was increased 16% a month! After speaking to their Representative their policy is that the units are on a “month-to-month” basis and they review pricing every few months (aka hike prices every few months).
