Everyone at Extra Space Storage has been Extra helpful. I first went to the Old Alabama Rd, Roswell location but they did not have a availability. Bianca went above and beyond in her search ultimately phoning other managers to help me find a solution. If everyone was this helpful in life the world would have less problems. First off, DeShon was great! He took the time to understand my move and was very helpful navigating my needs... The facility is very clean and I'm comfortable storing it belongings.
I won 2 StorageTreasures auctions from Extra Space Storage #7860 located at 1150 Old Ellis Rd, Roswell, GA 30076. After paying the facility I went to the units with the facility person and noticed what was advertised in the picture and what was actually in the storage unit were not the same. Over 1/2 the items were no longer in the units. The facility person stated that they were the only ones that had a key to the unit. This is fraud. I rented a unit extra storage space and put my credit card down for auto renewal. I've had my unit for less than a year and my Monthly rent has increased twice to now being over 70% additional of the original rental cost. They sold the storage unit and the new owners canceled our access code in order to get us to stop by the office and re add our credit card on file. (of course there was no one on site to do so). They could've just called and asked for the credit card number again but it's easier for them no notify people ... read more
I just started renting from this location. Please get more flatbed hand trucks for the renters. This location only has one and it's a mildly busy location. I had to move 5 boxes one by one because there was no flatbed hand trucks available.
