Also, the moving carts need to be made available for the customers use and not locked inside the office. I had to literally carry my items a handful at a time to my unit. It's absurd.

The bathrooms should be made readily available for paying customers. They lock the restrooms after store hours, wich causes a big inconvenience for customers coming to their units after store hrs.
