RecommendedI've rented here a few months now, while my price did change quite a bit, the staff met me in the middle at a rate that we were both happy with. I do understand why it happens but it's inconvenient

RecommendedI just got two storage units there and I am very pleased with the customer service & hospitality. I initially booked an indoor unit and the employee that helped me took care of it in minutes with ease. I also like the technological aspects of being able to open my unit & entrance via Bluetooth. It makes it very convenient especially since there’s already plenty of stuff on our minds when we’re there loading up the unit. The cleanliness and the hours they’re opened are a plus too. Highly recommended.

Worst storage facility that I have EVER dealt with. The BLUETOOTH locks malfunctioned on me and MY UNIT WOULD NOT LOCK! They suddenly raised the rent over $100, and will be charging $75 more than any other storage facility in the area for the same size (They want to charge me $260 for a 10X20 unit, LOL!) They refuse to prorate the rental fee for an early moveout. The units themselves are nice but that's it. I will never do business at this location or any other Extra Space Storage again.
