Extremely happy with my choice of storage facilities!! Jeff made the whole process very easy and was very accommodating to our needs, as well as being very pleasant and personable. The units are clean, climate controlled, and easy to get in and out of. Couldn't be more pleased:)

I don't suggest using this storage facility. The managers are rude and don't care at all about customer service. They raise their rates constantly and blame it on rates going up in the area despite the fact that they are the most expensive facility in the area. I went as far as surveying 12 facilities in the area and they were the highest priced. I called the manager and offered to send them all the pricing information i received to prove that they are most expensive hoping they would be reasonable and at least keep my rates... read more

Do not use this facility if you do not have to. My husband signed up and added my name to the account, which I am his wife and another friend. Every time we have been there we have had to park our vehicles go inside and wait at least 40 minutes until we can actually get to our unit and that's after arguing with the people at the desk because they don't believe that you're on the account and that you're trying to steal from someone's unit. Salespeople are nice when you come. Then several months into your storage corporate raises your price by a ridiculous amount. Dishonest practice and they must not want long term well standing customers.

ESS is the only one I've come accross that must see the original title and registration. Because I just bought my RV the same week they were very rigid and would not make an exception or give me a period of time to get those items! The young lady who handled the reservations was not friendly, unaccomodating and very terse!
