I was very relieved knowing that I have a space to put my stuff in and now go through it and organize everything I got help every step of the way and that means a lot of great customer service I would recommend this place to other people and my family also when I get there I will be taking pictures and adding them to my review thank you extra space storage

To preface this review: we keep our storage unit very clean and organized, and we've been long-time customers for several years. We opened our unit to find it infested with rats -- droppings, nesting materials, and extensive damage to our belongings. When we reported it, the front desk worker, Sierra, admitted there had been a known rodent problem and that exterminators had been brought in. But they never told us. Never warned tenants. Im on a fixed income and my rate has gone up to the point where its now cutting into my grocery budget. I called to see if there was anything they could do to help me out and was told you can only contest price increases within the first 30 days (which I was not informed of). The amount Im now being charged is almost $100 a month for the smallest unit, which is beyond what is advertised as non-special rates on their own website. They're getting one star because I can't give anything less. And please understand that the staff here are not the problem. Do NOT rent from this place unless you're willing to get your rent increased by about 50% after 2.5 months the internet price is a bait and switch. After two months at $189 for a 10 x 20, these crooks gave me a rate increase to $269. God himself only knows how much they would increase the rent and when. Buyer beware.
