Just signed up and so far the experience has exceeded my expectations. The manager, Zach T., has been great to work with the facility is large, well-lit, easily accessible and in excellent condition. Pricing was hard to beat.

Quite impressed with this facility and the caliber of the manager, Zach Taggart. The faciity is spotless. All the storage units on are one level with easy access inside a security gate. Plus, the monthly rates were quite competitive. We feel so much better knowing our valuables will be safe!

Booked a rental space 3 months ago for a specified price. Contract states this is monthly and can change, alright I figure maybe they go up here and there based on "market forces" like they mention in the contract. Instead today I get a letter that rent is DOUBLING because my rate is a "promotional rate". I re-read my contract and there is no mention of a promotional rate. But the letter also states this is due to "market forces". It was a promotional rate in the first paragraph but now it's market forces. So this is a bait ... read more

We had a very disappointing experience here as our unit was broken in to and the staff never contacted us about it. Months later we are still working with local police to retrieve some of our belongings. The contract is clear that they are not responsible, but notifying us immediately would have helped significantly.
