Was able to secure a spot for our son’s dorm items with ease.Very friendly and helpful staff both on the phone and in person.They even gave a follow up call to see if the move went okay.We will be using g them again next summer

The morning of my scheduled move, I decided to store my stuff instead. I informed my moving company and they said I had to find a storage place on my own. I had until their agreed 11:00 AM arrival time to find a place. Extra Space Storage on Old Fern Hill Road in West Chester was recommended to me by a pro who helped me pack.
