The staff is excellent and have always worked great with me. The company is "ok". The employees and management are the reason I stay. Place is clean and well taken care of. Given other places in the area and other extra space facilities at different locations, everyone at Inca are wonderful!!

I rented a 5X10 unit at the Inca location in Rio Rancho. The staff was friendly and the rate was decent. The facility is clean and well-lit. I rented for about 5 months and it was an easy process to get a space. The rate was consistent and the contract was clear. My plans had changed so I no longer needed the unit. Closing out the unit was extremely easy and did not have a ton of paperwork or financial surprises. Thank you for making this experience easy and I would do business here again.
Hi Emily, Regarding my comments, it is not about the unit size rather it is about baiting customers with a low introductory rate, not mentioned in the advertisement, and then switching to the higher rate increase of 24% after a 4 month period. While it may be contractually legal, it is ethically not a good business practice.
While the place is clean and the staff are friendly, beware of the excessive rate increases after a few months. I got in with the web rate of $281 for a 10X25 unit in May 2022 at the Inca location in Rio Rancho and beginning Sept 3, 2022 the rate increases to $349 per month. This is a $68 hostage rate change allowed by the month-by-month contract.
