Frank from Extra Space is incredible and excels in customer service. We had our car auto transported from Seattle and the driver didn't make any effort to bring the auto transport to Extra Space. Frank went above and beyond and instructed the driver to drive the car to Extra Space, and he drove him back to the transport. We can't thank him enough!
