We had a space in between our move out and move in to our new place. I was easily able to make the reservation on the website, Carla followed up with me and took care of everything by phone. The day of our move-in we had a busy schedule and Laretha took care of everything over the phone again so that we were paid and our paperwork was complete. We got our gate code and our unit was clean with the lock in it when we arrived. Lots of carts available very happy with their customer service.

I've rented a storage space at this same location through the last 3 businesses. the current company extra space storage started out great. decent prices ( kind of high) clean facility office always staffed. but no 24 hr access. now it's much worse. they raise prices regularly if you complain they bring them down for a while if you give them a good review. but now there are people sleeping inside at night and breaking down appliances in the aisles. kind of feels like a flea market. there's is evidence of mouse and bi... read more

Went to pick up our daughter's items and her TV was gone. We had the unit for a month. Damage to her bed and other items as well. I was told by management that there was nothing they could do, as I had not gotten the insurance. How is this good business? No security cameras, BEWARE!
