I am absolutely beyond frustrated and would never recommend this storage facility to anyone. We are moving our family and purchased a 5 by 11 $43 a month unit on Friday over the phone, with all the fees and whatever it came out to be over $100- great. On Saturday we took about 5 hours packing up a $50 Uhaul that we rented for the day, drove it to this facility and arrived a little after 5pm. We tried to stop at the office which was closed although it says they dont close until 530, also called several times with no answer. ... read more
