Ray has been super helpful in helping me get the correct size unit. The facility is new and clean. The first month was free so that is a great promotion.

Nice new facility in Kent almost near Covington. Super low pricing as they're new and they're trying to fill the facility. I met with mgr (Ray) and he gave me a tour and addressed my multitude of questions and concerns. He reserved a unit for me to rent at a later day. I rented online and the whole process was very seamless. Stop by and check out this location if you're in need of a nice, new and clean storage facility in the Kent/Covington area.

Nice facilities, everything is pretty clean and kept nice. However, I just got a notice for a 47% increase in rent and I haven't even been renting from them for 6 months yet. By the time the price hike kicks in we will have only been renting space from them for about 4 months.
